Customers will be shown the completed cake on pick up, prior to leaving Frankie’s Patisserie’s premises. Once the goods have left our premises, customers acknowledge and agree that Frankie’s Patisserie may not accept claims and/or requests for refunds. Onus is on the customer to store the cake in cool conditions at all times and to keep it out of strong light and heat to avoid the cake cracking and discolouring.
Whilst we endeavour to match colour and design, we can never guarantee an exact match. Colours may vary slightly in shade and tone and designs may be different as each cake is hand-decorated.
At least three weeks’ notice in writing must be given to vary or cancel special orders.
